Our detailed epoxy floor installation process includes the following:

• We start by mechanically grinding the entire floor to remove any traces of old paints, coatings, oils, stains, glues and dirt. All equipment is attached to dust, mitigation, and dust control equipment to ensure concrete dust doesn’t inhabit your home.
• Once we achieve the correct concrete profile, we repair any cracks and holes in the floor. This will ensure the structural integrity of the concrete and the epoxy floor.
• Once we are happy with the look of the concrete, we will apply a primer, followed by an intermediate layer broadcasted with vinyl flakes at 100% coverage.
• After the two layers have bonded and cured, the top layer is scraped smooth so that a beautiful orange peel finish is revealed upon application of the topcoat layer. The orange peel texture yields an excellent nonslip surface.
