All Star Epoxy and Paint is family-owned and operated. As the owner of All Star Epoxy and Paint, I oversee all projects to their completion in the Art and Craftsmanship of Decorative Concrete. I can handle any project of any size, from a 400 square foot laundry, 400 square foot garage to a 20,000 square foot airplane hangar.
All Star Epoxy and Paint uses state of the art diamond grinding system that captures 99.9% of the dust being removed from the concrete floor. I use industrial grade products from the top manufacturers, and we buy all our products locally and support the local economy. We cover all of Southern California.

We offer an 8-year (residential) warranty against peeling for our work. We use industrial quality 100% solids, a 2-part resin epoxy base with a 2-part 100% solid epoxy clear or a 92% polyaspartic clear high gloss top coat.
The flake epoxy floor system comes in various sizes, up to 1/4″ flakes that will be applied on top of a pigmented 100% solids solvent base epoxy; most competitors will try and cheap out using water-based epoxy.
